FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Input Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting data into our databases and systems. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that data is accurate, up-to-date, and meets our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our databases and systems, including customer information, sales data, and other relevant information.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Update and maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and other documents.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to clarify data discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain efficient data entry processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
- Participate in data quality and compliance initiatives to ensure data meets regulatory requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of data entry experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
- Familiarity with data quality and compliance principles is a plus.
