The job:

The Sales Assistant makes the first impression on prospective clients during the acquisition process and is the first to earn our prospects’ trust. The Sales Assistant position is responsible for vetting our list of businesses and calling, emailing, texting & social messaging those prospects to set appointments for our Sales Director.

The ideal candidate strives to grow within a company and master new roles and responsibilities as they become available—and can expect promotions within the first year to Sales Executive or Account Management roles.

A successful Sales Assistant achieves each work-related goal. Ultimately, an outstanding team member demonstrates a thorough understanding of the sales process and our services and can identify the problems our services solve for the prospective client/business owner.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar position is advantageous.
  • Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent phone etiquette in English.
  • Professional and courteous disposition.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented.
  • Must have advanced English language skills to communicate effectively in English at a professional level, including strong written communication.
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Ability to work at least four hours each day, five days per week
  • A clear speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers
  • Reliable and fast internet speed
  • Experience in marketing. SEO, web development, account management is helpful

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Below are some of the responsibilities of a Sales Assistant:
  • Ensure each prospective client has a positive experience with our company
  • Demonstrate a calm disposition with each prospect
  • Adequately explain the products and services to prospective customers when making appointments
  • Complete required call sheets at the end of each day
