We manage a live music/event platform with a global presence. We are looking for a highly organized admin assistant who will work closely with the executive team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the team. You are expected to be highly organized and have a strong understanding of Google Workspace products such as Google Sheets, Google Mail, etc.
Candidates are expected to have great communication skills, great writing grammar, and be able to think fast on the spot. Candidates should be hard-working and have brilliant situational reasoning.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with suppliers concerning the purchase of commodities, equipment, and services
- Managing emails
- Ensure the team calendar is up to date and proper
- Schedule meetings
- Occasional basic data entry
- Work across Notion, Google Workspace (sheets and Gmail)
CANDIDATES SHOULD ONLY APPLY IF:
