JOB FULL DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) & Office Administrator. This dual-role position requires a professional who can effectively manage customer relationships while ensuring seamless administrative operations within the office.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (CRE) RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide detailed product information with clarity and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and meet customer requirements effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in the CRM system.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely product delivery and follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction.
  • Work towards achieving customer service goals and contribute to overall business success.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records for easy accessibility and security.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and a high standard of quality.
  • Perform general clerical tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and document scanning.
  • Manage office supplies and oversee equipment maintenance to support day-to-day operations.
  • Support HR functions, including coordinating interviews and maintaining employee records as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relationship management and/or office administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
