Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and possess excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize Salesforce to manage customer accounts and inquiries

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly

Collaborate with the sales team to support account management activities

Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Manage customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving

Assist in project management tasks related to customer service initiatives

Support marketing efforts by promoting products and services to customers

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products is a plus

Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Proficiency in customer relationship management tools like Salesforce

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
