JOB SUMMARY
We seek a suitable candidate to create engaging news-related content for digital platforms. This can include articles, videos, podcasts, or social media posts. We will give you suggestions for news that you can add and merge to make your own news.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and edit engaging news content for websites, social media
- Research, fact-check, and develop story ideas.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to merge suggested news into cohesive content.
- Produce multimedia content (videos, infographics) and ensure it’s optimized for digital platforms.
- Manage social media accounts and ensure content visibility.
- Apply SEO strategies to increase reach and engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong writing, editing, and multimedia skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media trends, and content marketing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to breaking news.
- Familiarity with CMS and digital tools.
- Degree in Journalism or a related field preferred.
