Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development
(International Education Manager)
Manager to join our team remotely. This role will focus on generating student leads and driving enrolments for the May and September 2025 intakes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international student recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit international students for UK pathway colleges and universities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, schools, and prospective students.
- Identify and engage new markets and partnership opportunities to increase student applications.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment targets, progress, and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns tailored to target demographics.
- Assist students through the application process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in international education policies.
- Represent the company at trade fairs and other promotional events as required.
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or student recruitment, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of international student needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM tools,
- Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with UK visa requirements and admission processes is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones when needed.
