RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our clients’ social media presence. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging content, building relationships with online communities, and staying ahead of trends to keep clients’ brands fresh and relevant.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain weekly programming for clients’ social media accounts.
  • Curate imagery, research hashtags, and write engaging captions.
  • Source and repurpose relevant articles, quotes, and digital content.
  • Design simple graphics for Instagram, IG Stories, Pinterest, etc.
  • Build partnerships with influencers, brand advocates, and businesses.
  • Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) to keep channels engaging.
  • Engage authentically with client communities via likes, comments, and shares.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance insights to clients and team leads.
  • Collaborate with the team to create Instagram Stories and other visual content.
  • Provide fresh ideas to support growth and strengthen digital strategies.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • A portfolio or case studies from previous social media accounts.
