FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
An opportunity has arisen in our London office. We are seeking an Admin Assistant based from home.
As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding expectations.
The purpose of the role is to help keep the teams organised, focused, and collaborating effectively, ensuring they are able to deliver on business objectives. You will work closely with all members of the team, some of which are also remote working so you must be comfortable communicating over online video conferencing tools on the rare occasion it is required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including, but not limited to:
- Assist our brokers with their administrative requirements
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Support the marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update client database and ensure the accuracy of information
- Support all business functions to ensure everyone has everything they need
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security of conversations, documentation, and data management systems
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
