As part of our growth, we are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team remotely as a Management Trainee. If you’re passionate about designing engaging multimedia content and eager to work in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and produce high-quality multimedia assets, including videos, animations, graphics, and presentations.
  • Create promotional materials for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and client engagement.
  • Develop instructional videos and visual aids to simplify complex IT concepts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align multimedia content with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Optimize multimedia content for various platforms, including web, social media, and e-learning portals.
  • Edit and refine video and audio content to ensure professional-quality output.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in multimedia design.

REQUIREMENTS

  • One year of experience in multimedia design
  • Must have completed the mandatory NYSC
  • Minimum of a Second Class Upper degree
  • The maximum age for this role is 27
  • A passion for multimedia and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
  • Proficiency in multimedia tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, or equivalent software.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web development tools (HTML, CSS) is an advantage.
  • Strong creative and technical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous multimedia projects if available.
