FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Email Marketer to manage and enhance our email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging email content, growing our subscriber base, driving conversions, and analyzing campaign performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute email campaigns to engage and nurture leads, increase conversions, and retain customers.
  • Craft persuasive email copy and design using tools like Mailjet.
  • Maintain and grow email lists by implementing lead-generation tactics and optimizing subscription funnels.
  • Segment audiences to deliver personalized content.
  • Analyze email campaign performance (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates) and implement improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines and content.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree.
  • Proven experience as an Email Marketer or similar role
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Constant Contact)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Background in content marketing or copywriting
