RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers with order processing, including data entry and upselling relevant products.
- Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
- A keen analytical mindset to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
