Overview
Dot Dot Loans are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. We value individuals who are bilingual or multilingual, as this enhances our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist customers with order processing, including data entry and upselling relevant products.
  • Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
  • A keen analytical mindset to assess situations and provide appropriate solutions.
