Role: Remote Freelance CRM Specialist and Digital Marketer with Data Analytics Expertise

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Remote Freelance CRM Specialist and Digital Marketer with advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, a strong foundation in data analytics, and a passion for conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate is passionate about language education, thrives on data-driven decision-making, and excels in leveraging CRM and marketing tools to create impactful campaigns that drive enrolment, retention, and growth.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM Management and Automation

  • Design, optimize, and manage CRM workflows for lead nurturing, enrolment, retention, and customer communication.
  • Develop CRM automation using tools such as Zapier or Google Apps Script to streamline data entry, reporting, and customer segmentation.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data capture, storage, and analysis within the CRM system for actionable insights.
  • Integrate CRM systems with WhatsApp Business API, email platforms, and marketing tools for seamless communication.

Digital Marketing and CRO

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, WhatsApp, and PPC ads, tailored to parents of students in language education.
  • Ooptimise landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing funnels for conversion rate improvements (CRO).
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to improve campaign performance and user experiences.

Advanced-Data Analytics and Reporting

  • Build advanced data models and dashboards in Google Sheets, Excel and Power BI to track campaign performance and customer data.
  • Write and implement Google Apps Scripts to automate data processing and reporting tasks.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data, lead conversion rates, and customer retention trends to guide strategy.
  • Create actionable insights and provide recommendations to improve marketing ROI and operational efficiency.

Collaboration and Strategy Development

  • Partner with Teachers and the marcom team to align marketing and CRM strategies with company goals.
  • Leverage data insights to identify customer pain points and recommend targeted solutions.
  • Support curriculum teams by analyzing trends and providing data-backed recommendations to enhance student retention and success.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to work based on the Philippines time zone (GMT+8)
  • Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Bitrix24, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM) and marketing automation tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel (including pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas), and Apps Script.
  • Strong background in data analytics, with experience in building dashboards and actionable insights.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads), email marketing tools, Telegram marketing, and WhatsApp Business API.
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into meaningful strategies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification in data analytics, CRM tools, or digital marketing.
  • Experience in the education sector, particularly language education.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social platforms like TikTok, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Passionate about language education and understanding its value in academic and personal development.
